Hobby Shops in Istanbul for glow powered or petrol rc planes

Hi,

I will be visiting Istanbul for few days and I would appreciate if someone can help me find hobby shops near Istanbul Central area. Also, can someone guide me which is the best flying field I can visit to see rc fun flying.

Unfortunately you won't be able to find such a hobbyshop. Currently there are two shops where you can purchase some RC aircraft related items. The first one is Promodel (

There are two main RC flying fields. One is Hezarfen airfield at the northern border of Büyükçekmece Lake and the other is IMUK field on the Anatolian side. As far as I know guests are not always welcome at the IMUK field. For the Hezarfen airfield you can contact me.
